3 LOCATION

For a party abroad, travel (flights etc.) and accommodation come on top. We work these out separately for each event, and they're not included in the price below.
For parties further afield the price depends heavily on logistics, so the calculator won't give a figure here. Send us an enquiry and we'll put together a tailored quote. If the event has promo value for the band, we may well make you a very good offer!
4 PERFORMANCE LENGTH
5 ALREADY AT THE VENUE
There's a DJ or an external sound engineer on site A DJ keeps the dance floor going between sets and plays backing tracks for any special performances. A sound engineer from the AV company who can play music works too. If there's nobody like that, our own sound engineer covers it.
There's an MC, wedding host or event organiser A professional who keeps the evening running smoothly and on time.
Without a professional organiser, we have to take on part of running the evening and keeping to the schedule. That's extra work for us, things can start running late, and technical issues sometimes only show up on the day. That's why it affects the price. But if you have another plan for how the party will run, do tell us. Maybe your party doesn't need an organiser at all and we can knock a bit off the price! :)
The venue allows fog machines Fog brings out the light show. We check with the venue in advance.
A light show needs fog. Without it the beams are invisible and a big chunk of the show simply disappears. Our clients, the crowd and we ourselves always expect 300% from us, and that's exactly what we deliver, so we'd rather not compromise here. A fire alarm at the venue isn't necessarily a problem: our drummer is a professional firefighter (with a 3rd class Lifesaver medal, no less) and, together with the venue manager, can safely switch the alarm off and back on again. We strongly recommend allowing fog, so you get the most out of our show!

Party abroad: travel and accommodation are worked out separately and added to the price.
Further afield: price on enquiry. If the event has promo value for the band, we may well make you a very good offer!

The calculator is an estimate. The exact price depends on demand and the details of your party, so tell us more about it. If there's a good reason, we may be able to meet you halfway.

If your event has marketing or charity value for the band, our team always looks at it separately. In those cases the price can come out lower.

Our goal is for everyone to have an insanely good party: you, us and the whole crowd. The price is part of keeping everything top-notch. Your standards are high. So are ours.

Kassett: Carlos and Hugo with guitars, Oskar with his bass and Kalev with a drumstick for a moustache

How much does a party band cost in Estonia?

Kassett's price generally starts from 3000 euros. The final price depends on the location, date, time of day and technical setup: summer and December are in higher demand, islands and destinations abroad add travel costs. The calculator above gives an instant estimate for your party, and we send a personal quote within 24 hours of your enquiry.

Party band prices in Estonia: what decides them

A real party band that shows up with its own musicians and gear costs from about 2000 euros in Estonia. Above that, every extra hundred buys something concrete: more musicians on stage, the band's own sound and light rig with engineers so the venue rents nothing, a set that is built and kept fresh, request songs learned for your night, and a real show with movement and lights. A full-package party band at that level costs from 3000 euros upwards in Estonia.

With us, a typical party on the Estonian mainland starts at around 3200 euros.

What the price includes

The live show with the agreed number of sets, four musicians who all sing, our own sound system and light show with fog machines, a sound engineer and a lighting engineer, transport, and learning up to 3 of your request songs. A standard set is 40 minutes and most parties book 2 to 3 sets. If the venue already has a top-level PA or lighting rig, the price is lower. See what we play on the setlist page.

Wedding band price in Estonia

Weddings are our most common gig: over 100 weddings and Pulmad.ee Wedding Pro of the Year 2024. A wedding band booking starts from the same 3000 euros. We learn the first dance and your request songs while preparing for the party; ceremony music and other special wishes are agreed during the enquiry. More on the wedding band page.

Hiring a cover band in Estonia for an international crowd

Most of our repertoire is in English and we can play fully English-language sets, so Kassett works for international teams, expat weddings and events in Finland, Latvia or anywhere else in Europe or the world. Travel and accommodation outside Estonia are calculated separately; for parties further afield we send a tailored quote instead of a calculator price.
